Admission Fees

  • a. Pre-registered visitors incur no admission fees and therefore do not need to cancel separately.
  • b. If you do not plan to attend and wish to delete your submitted personal information or stop receiving event notifications, please contact the event secretariat directly.
  • c. On-site registrants must pay upon entry on the event day, and no refunds are available after payment.

Industrial Inspection Tour

Voluntary Cancellation
  • a. Refunds will be processed based on the date the cancellation notice is received:
    • - (i) Until June 13, 2025 (KST): 100% refund, excluding transaction fees
    • - (ii) After June 14, 2025 (KST): No refunds
    • - (iii) Refunds will be made via the original payment method: (Credit Card → Card cancellation / Bank Transfer → Refund minus bank transfer fees)
  • b. Industrial tour tickets can be canceled until June 13, 2025. Refunds follow the original payment method. No refunds after June 14, 2025. To transfer your registration, submit a request by June 20, 2025, to the event secretariat directly. Additional refund requests outside these terms will be determined at the organizer's discretion.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
  • a. The Korea Wind Energy Industry Association may cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events like terrorism, war, strikes, fires, explosions, accidents, property damage, legal changes, pandemics, or international health crises. Natural disasters may necessitate rescheduling or relocating the event.
  • b. If the event cannot proceed as planned and transitions to an online format, registrations will convert to online participation. No refund obligations apply if registrants choose not to participate online.
  • c. If the event is postponed, registrants indicating their intention to attend the rescheduled event will retain their registration status under equivalent conditions (subject to reasonable adjustments and availability). No refunds will be provided if registrants later decide not to attend.
  • d. If the 2025 Offshore Wind Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition is fully canceled, registrants may receive a partial refund. The Korea Wind Energy Industry Association's liability is limited exclusively to registration fee refunds, excluding additional liabilities for travel, accommodation, or related costs.
Medical Cancellation
  • a. Participant health and safety are prioritized. The 2025 Offshore Wind Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition focuses on health management due to COVID-19, recommending adherence to official health guidelines regarding social distancing, hygiene, and staying home when ill. Participants experiencing symptoms like colds or flu, or potential COVID-19 exposure, are advised against attending.
  • b. Participants unable to attend for health reasons must notify the secretariat in writing at owsc_kr@naver.com. Refund eligibility is determined by the secretariat, which may request additional information.
Insurance
  • a. Participants are strongly advised to secure suitable travel and medical insurance before traveling. Registration fees do not cover travel and medical insurance costs. The organizer and secretariat accept no responsibility for related damage or losses.
Taxes
  • a. Fees for seminar zones, meeting rooms, and industrial tours are quoted in Korean Won (KRW) and exclude VAT.
Participant Notice
  • a. By registering, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded through video, photography, or other means by event personnel during the 2025 Offshore Wind Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition. These materials may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Korea Wind Energy Industry Association.
Privacy Policy
  • a. When interacting as clients, members, or event participants, your personal information is primarily stored to provide membership and event-related information. Personal data is collected and processed following Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and efforts are made to safeguard your rights under this law. By registering, you consent to the Korea Wind Energy Industry Association and the 2025 Offshore Wind Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition sharing your contact information with authorities for contact tracing and governmental requirements.
