Event Cancellation or Postponement
- a. The Korea Wind Energy Industry Association may cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events like terrorism, war, strikes, fires, explosions, accidents, property damage, legal changes, pandemics, or international health crises. Natural disasters may necessitate rescheduling or relocating the event.
- b. If the event cannot proceed as planned and transitions to an online format, registrations will convert to online participation. No refund obligations apply if registrants choose not to participate online.
- c. If the event is postponed, registrants indicating their intention to attend the rescheduled event will retain their registration status under equivalent conditions (subject to reasonable adjustments and availability). No refunds will be provided if registrants later decide not to attend.
- d. If the 2025 Offshore Wind Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition is fully canceled, registrants may receive a partial refund. The Korea Wind Energy Industry Association's liability is limited exclusively to registration fee refunds, excluding additional liabilities for travel, accommodation, or related costs.
